Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly or a game outcome was unfair, contact our support team within 7 days of the event with details (bet ID, match/game reference, timestamp). We will review game logs and settle discrepancies according to our records. If we confirm an error, we will correct your account balance immediately.
We will not reverse settled bets based on prediction error or change of mind. Disputes must allege a factual settlement error, system failure, or violation of our published rules.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close your superhoki account if you violate these terms, including: providing false information, creating duplicate accounts, engaging in fraud, exploiting system errors, or betting in prohibited jurisdictions. Upon suspension, all account balance may be forfeited and no withdrawals will be processed.
If you request account closure, we will close your account and hold any balance for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed balances may be donated to charity or retained by superhoki. You may request reinstatement within this period; after 30 days, reinstatement may not be possible.
Jurisdiction and Modifications
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. Your use of superhoki from a prohibited jurisdiction is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of superhoki after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account and request withdrawal of your balance (subject to verification and processing delays).
Limitation of Liability
